The absorbent pads in this spill kit are specifically engineered to soak up chemical spills safely and efficiently. With strong wicking action, these pads swiftly draw in and contain spilled substances, preventing contamination on your site. Each pad provides maximum absorbency to handle significant volumes of liquid, ensuring thorough cleanup and reduced hazards.
The kit also includes absorbent socks for spills around leaking machinery, preventing walkway contamination. By surrounding a spill, the socks create a barrier to contain and absorb chemicals, reducing spread and promoting a safer working environment.
To ensure proper waste management, each High Volume Chemical Spill Kit comes with a disposal bag and zip tie labeled 'HAZARDOUS WASTE.' After addressing a spill, place used absorbent materials in the bag, secure with the zip tie, and follow appropriate waste disposal procedures.
