Self-Dumping Hoppers

HERMEQ self-dumping hoppers are steel containers for collecting, moving and emptying debris and bulk waste on construction jobsites, in manufacturing plants and in yards. They load at ground level and empty without anyone handling the waste, in capacities that run from compact crane-lifted hoppers to units for high-volume sites.The range covers forklift self-dumping hoppers and heavy duty dumping hoppers built from thick-gauge steel, both of which roll forward to dump. Telehandler hoppers lock onto the forks automatically, so the operator stays in the cab while dumping. Rated for heavy debris, the hoppers are handled by forklifts, telehandlers or cranes, depending on the model.

Trash Cans With Wheels

HERMEQ trash cans with wheels come in two-wheel and four-wheel formats in 21, 32, 64, 174 and 290 gallon sizes. They are molded in UV-resistant HDPE and supplied in several colors, with custom labeling available. The range covers commercial, industrial and residential collection, from jobsites and facilities to apartment buildings. For the heaviest duty, a 290 gallon cart is built from hot-dip galvanized steel, with internal seam welds that keep water out and protect the body against corrosion. A forklift cart tipper lifts, moves and empties the 174 and 290 gallon carts on site.

Spill Kits

Spill kits are portable response kits for leaks and spills of oil, fuel, coolant and chemicals from equipment and machinery on jobsites, in equipment yards and in shops. A metal drip tray only holds a leak until someone empties it, while the absorbents in a kit soak up oil and fuel as soon as they touch it, and the range's solidifying mats and pads lock hydrocarbons in place. HERMEQ supplies spill kits for general purpose, oil and fuel and chemical spills, with dedicated kits for diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), in formats from vehicle bags to wheeled containers and high capacity stations.

Concrete Washouts

A concrete washout gives crews a contained place to rinse concrete buckets, pumps, mixers, chutes and tools, so that slurry and wash water stay out of storm drains and the ground. The concrete bucket washout frame holds buckets of several sizes up to 528 gallons. Pump washout trays collect liquid waste under pumps and mixers and are handled by forklift, with fork pockets for moving the tray and a tipping design for emptying it. The range also covers steel washout pans, drain-through washout bags with their frames, and a closed-loop system that recycles the wash water.

Spill Containment Pallets

HERMEQ spill containment pallets provide secondary containment for oils, acids, alkalis and non-hazardous chemicals, with a sump under the deck that holds what a leaking container releases. The range covers drum spill pallets for one to eight 55 gal drums in open, low profile and covered layouts for indoor and outdoor storage, alongside single and double IBC spill pallets in polyethylene and galvanized steel. Drum pallets also take damaged or high-risk drums on site, so a leak from them stays in the sump and off the ground.
