Adjustable steel props, also known as construction acrows, provide temporary support for walls and ceilings. Adjustable push-pull props are also available to support formwork and falsework at an angle. Curb stone handles are lifting tools designed for manual or crane-assisted lifting of heavy curb stones and similar materials. Heavy-duty contractor buckets are built for multipurpose use, perfect for construction sites.
Heavy-duty trestle tables allow scaffold boards to be laid across for safe elevated work, and include accessories such as stabilizers for added support and safety. Our building hole covers are slim-profile, high-visibility non-slip plastic boards that can be quickly secured over temporary openings for improved safety.

HERMEQ supplies shoring posts and the fittings that go with them for temporary structural support in new construction and remodeling. The adjustable steel posts come in a run of sizes and carry ceilings, beams and walls while the permanent structure is removed, built or cured. Push-pull braces give angled support to formwork, walls and precast panels under controlled loads. Fixed and adjustable U-heads fit the posts and system scaffolding to hold timber or steel beams in place, and the PropMate lintel support carries the brickwork above a new opening in a masonry wall.

Heavy Duty Saw Horses

HERMEQ heavy duty saw horses are adjustable steel trestle stands for construction and maintenance work, set in pairs or runs to carry a plank platform or a work surface. Each stand is tubular steel with a zinc-plated finish that resists corrosion on outdoor jobsites, in a compact frame that travels easily between jobs. Pin-locking legs set the working height in steps, and the 35 in head takes four scaffold planks to give painters, drywall finishers, installers and electricians a stable working platform. For elevated work, the range also includes stabilizers, ladder brackets, guardrail safety posts and S brackets.

Adjustable steel shoring posts give temporary support to walls and ceilings, and push-pull braces hold formwork, falsework and wall panels at an angle. Curb stone handles and clamps lift curbs, blocks and pavers by hand or under a crane. Heavy-duty mortar tubs carry mortar, concrete and debris across the jobsite. Trestle platforms take scaffold planks for raised work, with stabilizers that stiffen the setup at height. Hole covers are slim, high-visibility plastic boards with a slip-resistant top that fix quickly over temporary floor openings.

Mortar Tubs

Mortar tubs carry, store and dispose of building materials such as concrete, cement, mortar, plaster and mud, from the mixer to the wall and from the work area to the dumpster. HERMEQ supplies them in polyethylene for daily jobsite handling, with UV protection on most models and twin skin walls where a tub takes the heaviest wear. The largest crane lift tubs are rigid enough to be lifted overhead to upper floors, while the forklift tubs stack for storage, ride on fork channels and come in several sizes. Temporary Surface Protection

Temporary surface protection keeps floors, walls, stairs, doors and fixtures free of damage while construction or remodeling goes on around them. HERMEQ supplies coverings for nearly every finished surface on a jobsite, from carpet, hardwood and tile to glass, handrails and bathroom fixtures. Our heavy duty polypropylene floor protection board replaces plywood sheeting with a lighter, waterproof board whose corrugated honeycomb core resists crushing, impact and tearing, and it can be cut to shape and reused from job to job. Protection fleece gives a softer, flexible cover for delicate floors, in grades matched to the demands of the work.
