  • Custom/Bespoke Products: Orders for items manufactured to your specifications are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our customer service team prior to returning any items.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

3. Return Process
