Fork Extensions (Max Fork 100 x 50)

These rugged steel bolt-on forklift extensions are designed to handle long, bulky, or awkward loads that exceed the parent fork length. Compatible with forks up to 4 in wide x 2 in thick, they’re ideal for moving oversized pallets, frames, or bundled goods across US sites.

The smooth underside reduces damage to fragile loads, while the plated heel pin system locks each extension securely in place. Designed for high-reliability lifting, they comply with ANSI/ITSDF B56 safety guidelines for forklift attachments.

Using Fork Extensions:

• Adjust forklift forks to desired width
• Remove heel pins from extensions
• Drive forks fully into the extensions
• Reinsert heel pins behind fork heels and secure with lynch pins
