Drum Lifter

The HERMEQ Fork-Mounted Drum Lifter is designed for quick and safe handling of 55-gallon steel drums using forklifts. It uses a mechanical auto-lock system that clamps onto the top rib of the drum when the forklift mast is raised—no manual contact needed.

Key Features:

• Auto-locking drum grip – Secures to top rib without straps or levers
• Fork pockets: Max fork size 4.9 x 2 in (125 x 50 mm) at 16 in (408 mm) centers
• Thumbscrew locking – Prevents slip or rotation during lifts
• Bright orange finish – Improves visibility on job sites
• Minimal moving parts – Reduces maintenance needs

Operation:

1. Insert forks and tighten thumbscrews
2. Drive forward until arms sit between drum ribs
3. Lower mast and continue forward, then lift to engage lock
4. To release, lower the drum to the floor and reverse away

Designed for high-speed drum relocation in warehouse, logistics, and engineering settings across US industries. Not suitable for open-top or straight-sided drums. Always inspect for damage or rust before use. OSHA/ANSI-aligned design and use recommendations.
