Walkthrough crowd barriers are the simplest and most cost-effective way of clearly marking access points to allow for safe, organized pedestrian control. They feature an open hoop shape built into the center of the barrier, letting pedestrians walk straight through.
Powder-coated red as standard, they come with hooks and eyes for easy connection to standard crowd control barriers.
Walkthrough barriers have grown in popularity as they provide strong pedestrian control while designating specific access points. They address key safety concerns by giving clearly defined entry and exit routes. Our walkthrough barriers are fully compatible with both fixed leg pedestrian barriers and loose leg pedestrian barriers.
The basic walkthrough barrier is our most cost-effective option. Supplied powder-coated red as standard (other colors available on request), the finish helps it stand out while protecting against corrosion. Each barrier has hooks on one side and eyes on the other, making it simple to connect directly to other walkthroughs or standard barriers. Four corner plates reinforce the structure, extending lifespan under repeated use.
This round-top design reduces the number of joins compared to square tops, eliminating weak points and boosting longevity. While we want to see you again, we’d rather it not be because of premature failures — durability comes first.
We also offer an advanced walkthrough barrier with a spring-loaded gate and slam plate for extra control.
